The hard drive on my HP laptop recently crashed. Beyond Ink replaced the crashed hard drive with a new 512 SSD as scheduled and as quoted. Eddy the technician explained that I had a good computer and that all that was needed was the installation of a new solid state hard drive. No upselling to a new laptop. Eddy also made an extra effort to recover the data from the crashed hard drive. Appreciate the honesty and the service that went above and beyond the call of duty. They’ve earned my business going forward.
